3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or communicating with us, including contact information, student details, age information, and any relevant medical, accessibility, or emergency contact information where requested.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and any participant you register:
- attend classes on time and behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other participants;

You acknowledge that participation in language learning and cultural activities may require regular practice and independent study. We do not guarantee specific proficiency, academic, or cultural outcomes.
If you bring personal property to our premises or use personal devices in connection with our services, you do so at your own risk, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
Fees for our services, including tuition, registration fees, workshop fees, materials fees, and any applicable taxes, will be disclosed at the time of registration, invoice, or enrollment confirmation. All amounts are stated in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, payment is due in full before the start of the applicable service or by the deadline specified on the invoice or registration page. We may refuse enrollment, suspend participation, or withhold access to materials or classes if payment is not received on time.
Accepted payment methods may include credit card, debit, e-transfer, bank transfer, or other methods we make available from time to time. You authorize us to charge or collect all amounts due using the payment method you provide, where applicable and permitted by law.
If a payment is reversed, declined, charged back, or otherwise disputed without valid basis, you remain responsible for the full amount owed, any applicable chargeback or administrative fees permitted by law, and any reasonable collection costs incurred by us.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect services already paid for, unless otherwise expressly stated or required by law.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation and refund policy applies subject to applicable consumer protection laws in Ontario and Canada. Any mandatory rights under law remain unaffected by this policy.
Unless a different policy is specified for a particular program, class, or workshop:
- cancellations made before the service start date may be eligible for a refund, less any non-refundable registration or administrative fees;
- cancellations after the service has started may result in partial or no refund, depending on the amount of service already delivered and any non-recoverable costs incurred by us;
- missed classes, late arrivals, absences, or failure to attend do not entitle you to a refund or make-up session, unless we decide otherwise in our sole discretion or applicable law requires it;
- workshops, special events, downloadable materials, or time-sensitive offerings may be non-refundable once access is granted or the event has occurred;
- refunds, when approved, will generally be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable time; and
- any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable where permitted by law.
We may cancel or reschedule a class, instructor, or program due to low enrollment, safety concerns, instructor unavailability, weather, facility issues, or other operational reasons. If we cancel a service and cannot reasonably reschedule it, we will provide a refund or credit as required by applicable law and our internal policy.
To request a cancellation or refund, you must contact us in writing using the contact information below and provide your name, enrolled program, payment details, and reason for the request.
6. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sanskriti Learning Centre Ltd., including its directors, officers, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of our services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount paid by you to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless a greater amount is required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
You acknowledge that participation in classes and workshops may involve ordinary risks associated with group learning, travel to and from our premises, use of shared materials, and participation by minors. You are responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for yourself or the participant you register.
